It's only 1 restaurant for breakfast and lunch which is a buffet with flies flying all around. We added a spa to our package & ask if we ever received it due to spa never being open but I bet we will be fighting to get any monies back. You never could reach no one to do things needed to be done and when you did the would blame it on Hyatt just bought it so there not sure of this or that. We had a preferred marina swim out room with no additional preffered perks, like any other secrets no separate restaurant, or pool. None of our electrical sockets worked nor usb ports by the bed actually the whole board came apart when I went to plug phone up & when I went to preffered to report the issue he told me it was other ones in the room that worked so use those 😐. Th rooms are very very dated like the room door I had to beat it to open or close it. Where do I start, if this was my first Secrets I would never go to another (luckily it's not).
